Dave Rhodes is the vice president of Autodesk’s Global Accounts and Consulting Division. The Division charter is to enable productivity for our customers by providing innovative technology solutions powered by the Autodesk product portfolio. He has over 17 years of experience in development, sales, implementation, and support of high-value software solutions.

Rhodes joined Autodesk in 2002 as the Vice President of Sales in the Americas for the Infrastructure Solutions Division. In addition to putting in place a number of world-class sales methodologies, the ISD team doubled revenues during their first 3 years. Prior to his current role, Dave led the Industry Solutions Group in the Americas with the charter of growing the business relationships with our largest direct accounts, as well as, enabling many of Autodesk’s newer technologies to get to market.

Prior to Autodesk, Rhodes worked for Innoveda, Inc., a publicly-held, $ 100M global provider of electronic design and simulation software, where he was vice president of sales. He also held the position of director of business development at Trilogy Software where he was responsible for development and implementation of a sales strategy enabling the creation of Trilogy’s pcOrder business unit. He has also acted as a consultant to technology start-ups and venture capital firms, setting up successful sales organizations and processes. He started his career as a software developer and integrated circuit designer at Hewlett-Packard and Unisys Corporation.

Rhodes holds a bachelors degree in computer science from the University of California in addition to an MBA from the University of San Diego.
